Terms of INDICIA Check

Who we are

INDICIA Check is a service of INDICIA DESK (indiciadesk.com).

Contact: [email protected] or our Telegram bot @whalewatch_brief_bot, where INDICIA Check orders are paid. Other INDICIA DESK products (Radar, Agent) are paid in a different bot, @indiciadesk_pay_bot; these terms do not cover them.

What you buy

You describe a trading idea about BTC or ETH. We write it as an exact rule and you confirm it. After payment the rule is frozen: you get its fingerprint and the time before any result exists. Then we count how the rule did on past data against what happens normally without it, after fees and spread.

You get a verdict card: Holds, Conditional, Busted or Undetermined, the five checks, and every losing case with its date.

A check describes how a rule behaved in the past. It is not investment advice, not a trading signal and not a promise about the future. We do not trade for you and do not hold your money. Trading crypto assets and derivatives carries high risk.

Prices

The prices of every plan, pack and subscription are on the Check page. Before you pay, the bot shows the plan and the price again; that price applies to your order.

The price never depends on the verdict. “Undetermined” is paid like any other verdict: the free pre-check shows beforehand whether there are enough cases.

Payment

You pay in USDT or USDC in the bot, to the address and on the network the bot shows. Before you pay, the bot asks you to confirm that this is a test on historical data and not advice, that work starts once the payment is confirmed and the rule can then no longer be edited, and that you can cancel until the verdict is delivered.

The order starts once we see the payment on the blockchain and the bot confirms it. The network cannot reverse a transfer sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network or for a wrong amount; if that happens, write to us straight away.

We never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.

Checks in a pack are valid for 12 months from payment. A subscription is paid in advance for a month or a year: there are no automatic charges, and it does not renew without a new payment. On a subscription a Quick Check uses 1 check and a Full Check uses 2; unused checks carry over one month.

How the check runs and when you get it

1. The pre-check is free: the rule in plain words, how much past data it can use and how often it would have triggered. You can edit the rule for free until you pay.

2. Once the payment is confirmed, the rule is frozen and the bot sends you its fingerprint and the time.

3. The verdict card is ready within 48 hours of the freeze, within 24 hours on Pro. We deliver it in the bot.

When you get your money back

In full, if you cancel before the verdict card is delivered, even after the rule is frozen.

In full, if we cannot run your check, or if data the pre-check accepted then fails on our side.

Once the verdict card is delivered, we do not refund, unless the fault is ours.

We refund in the coin you paid with, to the wallet the payment came from, minus the network fee for the transfer, within 14 days of your request. To ask, write in the bot or to [email protected] with the hash of your payment.

EU consumers: the 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day you pay.

When you confirm the order in the bot, you ask us to start right away, within those 14 days, and you accept that delivering the verdict completes the service. Once the verdict card is delivered, the right of withdrawal ends (in Spain: TRLGDCU art. 103 a).

If you withdraw before the card is delivered, we refund as described in the section above. The law would let us charge for the work already done; we don't.

Packs and subscriptions: you can withdraw within 14 days of payment; we refund the price minus the checks whose verdict cards you have already received.

To withdraw, write in the bot or send a clear statement to [email protected] before the 14 days end. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. We confirm that we got it and refund within 14 days.

Who cannot use the service

We may refuse an order, or refund it, where sanctions rules that apply to us require it.

Complaints

Write to us first, in the bot or at [email protected]. We answer within 15 days at the latest.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
