Short and honest: what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. No fine print hiding the point.

1. Who we are

INDICIA DESK is an information and analytics project publishing intelligence on the BTC and ETH options and futures market. We are the controller of your personal data under the GDPR — meaning we decide what data is processed and why.

You can reach us about any data question in two ways:

2. What data we collect

Anonymous site analytics (cookieless). When you simply read the site, we count de-identified statistics so we understand what's useful: which page was opened, in which language, how deep you scrolled, how long you actively read, the referring source, and the country (at country level). We do not store your IP address and do not build a device fingerprint. This data cannot identify you personally.

Telegram login data. If you log in through our Telegram bot, we receive your Telegram ID, name and username, interface language, and a history of your interactions and interests. This lets us personalise the materials and remember your settings.

Subscriber data. If you take out a paid subscription, we record the payment details of the transaction: the transaction hash (tx hash), wallet address, chosen tier and access period. This is needed to confirm payment and open access.

3. Why we do this

Each processing has a legal basis under the GDPR:

• performance of a contract — to deliver the subscription and access you paid for;
• legitimate interest — de-identified analytics to improve the site and materials;
• your consent — personalisation based on your interaction history. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Payments & refunds

Payment in USDT is irreversible. There are no refunds.

Subscriptions are paid in advance in cryptocurrency (USDT). Because of the nature of blockchain payments, payment is irreversible and we do not issue refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time — access stays active until the end of the period already paid for, after which it simply does not renew. There are no automatic charges outside your own action.

5. How long we keep data

• Interaction logs (bot history, interests) — up to 12 months, then deleted or de-identified.
• Anonymous analytics — aggregated into summary statistics; raw events are kept no longer than 9 days.
• Customer and payment records — for as long as the subscription is active, and as long as the law requires (e.g. tax and accounting).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased, and the right to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via Telegram or at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

7. Who else receives data

We rely on a few service providers without which the project would not run:

• Telegram — the messenger that powers login, the bot and the channels;
• Cloudflare — site hosting and de-identified analytics;
• blockchain explorers — public services for reconciling crypto payments.

We do not sell your data to third parties and do not pass it to anyone for advertising.

8. Not investment advice

INDICIA DESK keeps an operations log of its own system's decisions and publishes data analytics. This is not individual investment or financial advice and not a call to buy, sell or size a position. You make your decisions independently and at your own risk.
