You can read our data and cite it in articles, research and posts. Credit INDICIA DESK and link to the page you used. The raw market data behind our numbers belongs to the exchanges, so we cannot give you a license to reuse it.
These terms apply to the numbers, tables, charts and downloadable files (CSV, JSON) on indiciadesk.com, including the Max Pain Expiry Ledger, the Weekly Dealer Gamma Regime and the indicator pages (fear & greed, fragility, volatility, long/short ratio).

Our figures are calculated from public market data of the source exchanges, mainly Deribit, plus other venues named on each page. That underlying data belongs to the exchanges under their own terms. We do not license it to you and cannot give rights we do not hold. For this reason our datasets carry no Creative Commons or other open license.
Please do not republish our files in bulk, resell them, or present them as your own. If you need that kind of use, ask us first. For the underlying market data itself, check the terms of the exchange.
We build the data carefully and publish our methodology, but it may contain errors, gaps or late updates. It is provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy or completeness.
